What Are Battles and How Can You Win More?

Battles are real-time trading competitions where you compete against other traders for a place on the leaderboard and the chance to earn rewards. You can choose between fast-paced rounds, ongoing competitions, or private Battles with friends. Here’s how the different formats work and how to get started.

What are battles?

Battles are timed competitions where traders compete in real time. The goal is to earn points, climb the leaderboard, and finish ahead of the other participants.

Different Battle formats offer different ways to compete, so you can choose one that fits your preferred pace and style.

Choose your battle mode

Find battles for every skill level! Here’s what you can choose from:

• Social Sprint: Fast-paced, single-round battles (5–10 minutes) with up to 10 players.
• Infinite Rush: An endless battle with continuous participation. A new winner is determined every 10 minutes. Jump in anytime and keep playing for as long as you want.
• Private Battles: Exclusive invite-only contests for small groups. Great for challenging friends or building community rivalries.

How to join

You can join a Battle from the Trade room menu: navigate to the Battles tab, choose the format you want to play, and tap Join.

Social Sprint: Select Social Sprint and join an available Battle. Once it starts, you’ll compete against the other participants for the duration of the round.

Infinite Rush: Select Infinite Rush to enter the ongoing competition. You can join at any point.

Private Battles: These Battles are only available on real accounts and are limited to invited participants. Choose Private Battles and use your invitation to join. 

Understand rewards

The score represents the points you earn based on your performance in the Battle. The higher the score, the higher your position on the leaderboard. Winners can receive EO Points and other bonuses, depending on the Battle and its rewards.

The reward pool depends on the participants’ trading activity: 3% of each participant’s turnover contributes to the Battle’s prize pool. This means two Battles can have different prize pools, even if you finish in the same position in both of them.

You can check your current position by clicking the timer for the active Battle. This lets you see how you’re performing compared to the other participants. 

Tips for better results

Winning takes more than luck. Here are a few tips to boost your chances:

• Know the rules: Quick battles reward speed, while longer ones demand consistency.
• Track your rank: Keep an eye on the leaderboard to adjust your approach.
• Stay sharp: Limit distractions and focus on your moves.
• Learn from each round: Review what worked and what didn’t before joining the next round.
